Több, mint 15 éves építőipari tervezési és kivitelezési tapasztalat.
A terület megvétele után négy telekre osztottuk az ingatlant, amelyek fejlesztését a következő ütemekre bontjuk. Az egyes területek belső használatra fantázia neveket kaptak.
1. Ütem
Az első ütemben egy modern és környezetbarát életformát tükröző, 0 energia bevitel igényű, kétszintes ház épül. Ez a lenyűgöző otthon hőszivattyúval van felszerelve, hogy minimalizálja az energiafogyasztást, miközben maximális komfortot nyújt. A házhoz tartozik egy udvar, valamint egy két autós teremgarázs. A garázsból nyílik egy előszoba, ebből lépcső vezet fel az első szintre a hálószobákhoz és a nappaliba. A Négy hálószoba, mindegyike rendelkezik kertkapcsolattal. A nappali, a konyhával és az étkezővel egy légtérben helyezkedik el, teremtve ezzel a tágas és világos életteret. A szülői hálószobából egy zárt belső udvar nyílik, mely tökéletes helyszín a pihenésre. Az ház örök panorámával rendelkezik, hiszen az előtte lévő telkek már beépítettek.
2. Ütem
A második ütemben a telek felső sarkában egy két generációs ház épül, 300 m²-es teremgarázzsal, amely alagúton keresztül közelíthető meg a Lepke utcából. . Az 150m2-es életterű házban minden megtalálható, amire egy modern családnak szüksége lehet. A hőszivattyú modern hűtő-fűtő megoldással van felszerelve. A lakók kényelmét szolgálja a saját belső terasz, medencével összekötve. A házat körülölelő kert tökéletes hely a kikapcsolódásra és a természet közelségének élvezetére.
3. Ütem
A harmadik ütemben két, egymástól független telken két családi ház épül, mindegyikhez saját teremgarázs tartozik, amely közvetlenül a Zöldfa utcából, alagúton keresztül közelíthető meg.

Egy olyan két szintes házat álmodtunk ide, ami tökéletesen beleillik a telek adottságaiba: jól elkülönül a kész szint kerthasználata, nem zavarják egymást az akár két korosztályhoz tartozó lakók. A gyerekek élhetik a világukat a szülők zavarása nélkül. Az alsó traktusba került a fogadó / érkező tér a lépcsővel. Ezen a szinten van két hálószoba teljes komfortot nyújtó fürdővel, gardróbbal. Nagy terasz tartozik a szobákhoz örök panorámával.
A nappali szintjén kapott helyet az egybe nyitott étkező – konyha. A közvetlen kapcsolatú teraszról élvezhető a ház egyik legnagyobb attrakciója, az örök panoráma a Dunára. Akár a konyhából, akár a nappaliból is élvezhető a látvány a hatalmas terasz ajtókon keresztül.
A nappaliból egy fél szint eltolással lehet feljutni a szülői intim szárnyba. Két hálószoba, a hozzájuk tartozó fürdőszobákkal és nagy, zárt kerttel adja a komfortot és exkluzivitást a családnak.
A ház hőszivattyús hűtési – fűtési rendszerrel van ellátva. Szobánkénti hőmérséklet szabályzás és páramenedzsment áll rendelkezésre. A melegvizet szintén hőszivattyú szolgáltatja, 300 l-es puffertartállyal. A nappaliban az átmeneti időszakra egy gyors reagálású hűtő – fűtő légkondi áll rendelkezésre.
A házhoz két autós garázs tartozik, amely még 3 motor befogadására is alkalmas.
A garázs aszfalt burkolatú úthoz kapcsolódik. A zsákutca forgalma elenyésző.
